Two bedroom studio unit on water front (something special)
(the studio unit is not ideal for small children under the age of 8 due to its proximity to the waters edge)

Reservations
Reservations are accepted subject to receipt of deposit or credit card details . Payment in full is to be made on arrival or on departure at management’s discretion. Please note, that NO refunds will be issued for early departure.
Deposit Policy
Where Master/Visa Card details are supplied, the card details will be validated. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation as below, the card will be charged the appropriate amount. (be aware that a 2% credit card fee is applied to each transaction)

Payment
We accept cash, Master/ Visa card, EFTPOS or bank deposits
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur a NZ$10.00 fee to cover administration cost.
Cancellations less than seven days prior to check-in date full charge will apply
Any cancellations for the Christmas New Years bookings after the 1st of November no refund will be given and will be charged the full amount of the stay
High Peak and and Public holidays minimum price applies per site
