LONG BAY MOTOR CAMP & CABINS

Deposits and Payments
All reservations must be secured by Credit Card details (not debit) or a Bank Transfer

You then pay when you arrive the balance outstanding

Minimum Stays
A two night minimum stay is required in our fixed accommodation for all weekends

A five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Years.

Long Weekends (public holidays): We require a three night minimum stay in all of our fixed accommodation and sites during all long weekends and a four night minimum stay over Easter.

Tarriffs/ Prices
Please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next.

Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

Over the peak season we charge a minimum site fee.

All damages, missing items and excessive cleaning fees will be recovered from booked accommodation

By making a booking and payment you agree to our terms and conditions.


Child Ages
Child ages are 2 to 15 years inclusive . Under twos are free

Bad Weather
You do not book weather you book accommodation or a site(s) at certain times. If you choose to leave early you pay for what you have booked. Remembering other families have booked around you.

Cancellation
We know things pop up – and we will work with you

All accommodation is a minimum of 7 daysnotification of cancellation

During Public Holidays and Xmas however it is 4 weeks.

15th December – 15th of February if you cancel we will endeavour to on sell your nights, but the ones that we can’t on sell you will pay for.

This may sound like all doom and gloom but this is a business and for us to operate as such and provide as much we have to have these policies in place.
